Goose wines recently held a fund raising event and auctioned off a large 9 liter bottle of signed Goose Wine, for R20 000-00(£2000.00).

The group of golf playing surgeons were entertained at Bryanston Golf Club in Johannesburg recently with the Goose`s wines, and they collectively bought the large collectors item of wine at the charity auction.

Reinard is a 8 handicap golfer, and was crowned South African National One Arm Champion 2009 in his disabled division at the National Disabled Golfers Tournament held at Randpark,Johannesburg this winter.

A special thanks must go to the Bryanston Golf Club, their generous members, and staff, for supporting this charitable event!!!!

Retief is the patron for the SADGA (South African Disabled Golf Association) and this is a Goose Wines initiative to contribute and assist young promising players with physical disability.
